Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Persistent thumb sucking behavior for more than six months. 2.Parental willingness to comply with intervention and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with underlying medical or psychological conditions affecting behavior. 2.Structural oral abnormalities requiring orthodontic intervention. 3.Use of dental appliances as a method to stop thumb sucking.
