Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient having clinical sign symptoms of parikartika 2.patient diagnosed as having parikartika. 3.per rectal bleeding with cuttting pain at anal region 4.Burning at anal region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.known cases of HIV Hbsag VDRL 2. known case of ulcerative colitis chrons disease tuberculosis syphillis. 3.known case of any kind of malignancy.
