Intervention1: Intervention 1 : LASER: Low-level laser diode will be used with an output power of 100mW employed perpendicular to tooth surface, corresponding to an energy dose of 1 J for 60sec. I

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 6 to 12year old children with at least one permanent molar affected with MIH whose parents will give consent. 2.Teeth with the (PEB) Posteruptive enamel breakdown has been taken as per the judgement criteria used in diagnosing MIH. 3. Teeth with remaining dentin thickness (RDT) of more than 1 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with enamel malformations, dental fluorosis and other hypoplastic defect. Symptoms of reversible/irreversible pulpitis associated with the tooth.5 Children undergoing orthodontic treatment or cognitive/ behavioural problems. Use of any type of analgesic/anti-inflammatory medication prior to treatment. Children using any desensitizing treatment in the previous 3 months.

There will be significant difference in desensitisation effect after LLLT, Ozone therapy and 8 percent Arginine application on permanent first molar affected with MIH in children.Timepoint: Sensitivity assessment done pre and post-op at Initial visit , 48hrs and 30 days.
