Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 20-60 years irrespective of sex. 2. Patients having cardinal sign and symptoms of Kotha (Urticaria), as in Ayurvedic classics and contemporary medicine. 3. AEC value is more than 500 cells/mcL 4. Diagnosed mild and moderate cases of Urticaria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having disease like urticaria with angioedema, diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, severe cardiac disease, 2. Patients having major systemic illness. 3. Pregnant and lactating mothers. 4. Patient without written consent form.
