Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Sandhigatavata. 2.Patients without any Anatomical deformity were included. 3.Patients of age group 40 years to 60 years. 4.Patients having chronicity of Janusandhigatavata less than 2 years. 5. Patients fit for virechana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having chronicity of Janusandhigatavata more than 2 years. 2.Patients suffering from diseases any other systemic disorder. 3.Patients unfit for virechana karma. 4.Patients below 40 years and above 60 years of age. 5.Patients who require surgical interventions.
