Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Senior citizens aged between 60 to 80 years Ability to sit and stand with/without assistance Participants with normal or corrected to normal vision and hearing (Snellen test, Weber s test) Participants should have minimum of primary education and ability to read English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with signs of cognitive impairment with a score of less than 26 on Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). Individuals with musculoskeletal conditions affecting participation. Individuals diagnosed with neurological disorders affecting balance or cognition. Individuals diagnosed with psychiatric illness that affects participation
