Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Getting discharged from Ear throat nose specialty setting with tracheostomy and need tracheostomy care by the caregiver at home

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: caregivers who are health personnel Caregivers who are hired to take care of the tracheostomy patients will be excluded
