Intervention1: INTRATHECAL ROPIVACAINE-FENTANYL: The study population is divided into 2 group of 65 patients each Group RF used 15mg of 0.75% ropivacaine with 20 mcg of fentanyl Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient undergoing infraumbilical surgeries giving written informed consent for spinal anesthesia. 2.Age 18 to 60 years. 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists Grade I or II. 4.BMI 18.5-24.9kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with vertebral column disorder. 2.Patients with a history of respiratory, cardiac or hepatorenal disorder. 3.Patients with Clotting and Bleeding disorder 4.Patients with history of hypersensitivity to any of the drugs under study. 5.Pregnant patients 6.Patients with psychiatric disorders
