Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: participants will be chosen on the basis of systemically healthy individual diagnosed with periodontitis stage II grade B with probing depth of more than 5 mm in at least two sites
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with hemogolobin level less than 11 mg/dL and having habit of smoking and pregnant women or patients under any antibiotic or anti inflammatory therapy
