Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -A Patient with the following symptoms of manyasthambha i.e.manyashool,sparsahatva,manyasthamb. -Patient exhibiting clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis with or without radiological changes. -Patient who will give written consent for Marma therapy and Physiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Age below 30 yrs and more than 60 yrs. -Post inflammatory or infective arthritis. -Associated with any deformities or fractures. -Patients with systemic disorders and serious illness, pregnancy, paralysis. -Stenosis of cervical canal and myelopathy. Patient not willing for Marma Therapy and PhysioTherapy.
