Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses working at K.S hedge hospital experiencing nonspecific low back within the last three months Participants must be between 25 to 45 years old to standardise the sample. Must have experience working both day and night shifts within the past year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any musculoskeletal injury affecting the back, hip within the past six months to ensure consistent pain assessment Individuals diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome Participant who are currently pregnant or have given birth in the last year
