Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 10 to 14 years. 2. Both Males and Females. 3. Children enrolled in any sport activity. 4. Having no current physical injuries. 5. Participants whose parents are willing to let participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any physical impairment. 2. Children with known intellectual or cognitive impairment. 3. Any pre-diagnosed cardiac conditions. 4. Any recent musculoskeletal injury in the past 6 months. 5. Any known or pre-diagnosed neurological condition affecting the lower extremity.
