Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses who have been employed at the facility and competed their probation period. 2. Patients aged more than 18 years of age who have received care from the selected units for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses on extended leave or those who are not directly involved in patient care 2. Patients who are unable to provide informed consent due to cognitive impairments or language barriers
