Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 40 with pericoronitis associated with impacted mandibular third molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients unwilling to participate in the study. 2) Patients with systemic illness, bleeding disorders, and other immunocompromised conditions. 3) Pregnant women.
