Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women who will be planned for normal vaginal deliveries. 2.Pregnant women Who will be admitted in labour unit before the active stage of labor. 3.Pregnant women Who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Who have been referred into the facility by interfacility transfer. 2.Pregnant women Who are being managed for abortion. 3.Pregnant women who required Caesarean birth 4.Pregnant women who are HIV positive.

1.To evaluate the quality of child birth performance of nurses before and after the implementation of SCC in the selected peripheral health care centers of Odisha. 2.To evaluate the level of maternal satisfaction and child birth experiences before and after the implementation of SCC in the selected peripheral health care centres of Odisha. 3.To determine the impact of implementation of SCC on reducing the adverse birth outcome.
