Intervention1: Implant with Alendronate gel: 1ml of Alendronate (ALN) gel OF medical/surgical grade will be applied on the implant surface and into the osteotomy site for 3-5 minutes before placement

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with good oral hygiene will be included if they are systemically healthy and have a minimum of two or even multiple numbers of missing teeth with adequate inter-occlusal clearance( distance between opposing teeth and edentulous space)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they are smokers or have para functional habits, uncontrolled diabetes, blood disorders,immuno-compromised state, an acute infection at the site, aggressive periodontal disease, pregnant and lactating women
