Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with HTN based on JCN guidelines. Aged 30-60 years On regular medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypertension Other systemic illness Practicing pranayama or other breathing exercises regularly Angina Pregnant women Impaired cognition
