Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Either gender 2. Age group between 25 to 45 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypothyroidism due to thyroidectomy. 2. Patients on radioactive treatment. 3. Pregnancy. 4. Post menopausal 5. Individuals who unable to get sleep in night for at least 6-8 hours. 6. Severely ill patients 7. Those who are unwilling to participate in the study.
