Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of at least one incipient carious lesion classified as ICDAS score 1 or ICDAS score 2 2.Children with no history of systemic illnesses 3.Willingness to participate with informed consent from parents/guardians
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with enamel defects ( fluorosis / hypoplasia / amelogenesis imperfecta ) 2.Children with extensive untreated carious lesions requiring immediate intervention 3.Children who have received professional fluoride treatment within last 3 months 4.Poor compliance with oral hygiene instructions 5.Children with known allergies to any varnish component
