Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: Babies who have completed 48 hours of life uneventful and stable at the time of enrolment. 2.Weight: Babies with a weight of 1800gm 2499gms at the time of procedure. 3.Gestational Age: Babies born at, before or after 37 weeks of gestation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-existing Skin Conditions:Neonates with skin lesions, or dermatological disorders. 2.Immune-compromised Conditions: Neonates born to mothers with compromised immune systems or mothers found positive for any communicable or infectious disease. 3.Participation in Other Trials: Neonates currently participating in other clinical trials. 4.Overall Health: Babies suffering from major congenital abnormalities and are not on any life-support. Haemodynamically unstable.
