Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged between 15 and 18 years. Full cusp Class II or end-on molar relationship on both sides. Convex facial profile. Positive VTO on anterior mandibular positioning. An overjet exceeding 4 mm, an ANB angle greater than 4 . Beyond the pubertal peak growth period (CVMI stage 4 and stage 5, MP3-H and MP3-HI stage).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with facial asymmetry, signs of TMD. Class II malocclusion due to prognathic maxilla. Syndromic Cases. Previous history of orthodontic therapy. Subjects with systemic or hormonal disorders.
