Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to participate aged between 18-29 years subjects who play mobile games for minimum 2hours a day subjects scoring 25 on IGDS9-SF Subjects scoring 5on PSQI Subjects scoring more than 40seconds on Stroop test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with any kind of psychological disorder and undergoing medical treatment for same Subjects with colour blindness Subjects undergoing treatment for sleep disorders and taking treatment for same
