Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Completed fixed appliance treatment involving a minimum of 10 teeth in the lower arch and 12-month treatment duration.Participants waiting for initiation of post-orthodontic retention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous orthodontic treatment. 2.Therapeutic extraction of lower incisor or canine. 3.Poor oral hygiene. 4.Compromised periodontal health. 5.Parafunctional habits like bruxism and clenching. 6.Syndromic patients or any systemic diseases related to bone metabolism. 7.Clinically symptomatic temporomandibular disorder. 8.Moderate to severe White spot lesions. 9.Persisting oral habits
