Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ph.D. scholars currently enrolled in a full-time doctoral programme in India 2. Ph.D. scholars between the age of 24 and 36 years 3. Ph.D. scholars who have completed at least one year of their doctoral programme 4. Ph.D. scholars whose score is 58 or above on the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (FMPS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are working jobs beyond their Ph.D. programme. 2. Those with a history of diagnosis or treatment of a psychiatric illness.
