Inclusion criteria: 1.Physically and mentally fit to perform exercises 2.Willing to participate 3.Available at the time of data collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Adolescents girls with menstrual disoreder 2.Those who are taking medicine to releive pain 3.Those are taking calcium and magnesiun supplements
