Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma in resected specimens. 2.Confirmed cases of oral epithelial dysplasia/ other pre-malignant conditions. 3.Biopsy Samples with sufficient tissue for analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All Benign lesions. 2.Patients presented with recurrence of oral squamous cell carcinoma. 3.Patients who have taken previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy. 4.Biopsy specimens in which tissue is found to be inadequate for further processing for Immunohistochemistry. 5.Tissue blocks from which proper antigen retrieval could not be done adequately. 6.Patients who refused to give consent.

To conclude from Ki-67, Cyclin D1 and P53 immunohistochemistry for detecting their expression and to correlate with different histopathological grades of oral squamous cell carcinoma.Timepoint: 2 years
