Intervention1: General anaesthesia + High spinal anaesthesia: Preoperatively post induction intrathecal morphine 5mcg/kg is given along with heavy bupivacaine 0.5% 0.1ml/kg and assessing its response

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paediatric patients undergoing congenital heart surgeries Paediatric patients weighing between 10 and 30kgs Risk adjustment for congenital heart surgery-1 less than or equal to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery Preoperative inotrope administration Preoperative intubation
