Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group of 60 to 70 years 2.Subjects willing to participate in the study. 3.Subjects will be selected irrespective of gender, caste, religion and economical status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with severe systemic illness such as serious cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension and malignancies 2. Subjects with mental illness 3.Subjects who are at the phase of receiving any kind of medical or surgical treatment from the OPD. 4.Subjects with moderate and severe disabilities
