Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Non exercising colorectal cancer survivors 18 60 years of age group Who are able to operate android based mobile app and smart watch Who are able to read & write English/Hindi or /Marathi/Bengali languages. Who are willing to give written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: CRC Survivors with co- morbidities like cardiac, respiratory dysfunctions Inability to carryout exercises. cognitively impaired Psychiatric illness
