Intervention1: Furosemide: Continuous IV infusion of Injection furosemide 10mg/hour for 24 hours versus Intermittent bolus doses of 60mg of Injection furosemide IV every 4 hours for 24 hours. Control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic kidney dysfunction (eGFR upto 15ml/min/1.73m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients already undergoing renal replacement therapy Patients on invasive mechanical ventilation Patients allergic to furosemide Pregnant females

MeasureTime frame
To compare continuous versus intermittent furosemide dosage in critically ill patients with moderate kidney dysfunction utilising Venous Excess UltraSound (VExUS) guided decongestion and total urinary volume at different time intervals at baseline, 6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours and 24 hours.Timepoint: Baseline, 6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours and 24 hours.
