Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18 to 60 years undergoing Elective Thyroid Surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not consenting 2. ASA III/IV 3. Allergy to study drugs 4. Coagulopathy 5. Systemic illness or morbid obesity 6. Chronic pain or opioid use
