Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All willing patients aged from 15 to 50 years. 2) All the patients irrespective of Occupation, Religion and Economic barrier. 3) All the patients irrespective of Gender. 4) Patient with clinical signs and symptoms of Vataja panduroga as described Koilonychia (Spoon Shaped Nails),Panduta (Pallor),Akshikutshoth (Periorbital Oedema),Rukshata (Dryness), Hridspandan (Palpitation),Aruchi (Anorexia),Daurbalya (Generalised Weakness),Shrama (Fatigue), Pindikodweshtanam (Pain in Calf Muscles),Shwasa (Dyspnea), Bhrama (Giddiness),Angamard (Bodyache)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Hb Below 7gm% and Hb Above 10gm% 2)Patients suffering from Haematological disorders like Sickle Cell Anaemia, Thalassemia, Congenital Iron Binding Protein Absence, Hemophilia, Hemolytic Anaemia and Leukemia. 3)Patient below 15 years and above 50 years old patient. 4)Patients suffering from Cardiovascular Diseases, Cancer and AIDS. 5)Patient having Vitamin B12 Deficiency, Haemorrhagic disease. 6)Gynecological diseases like Menorrhagia and Obstetric disorders leading to blood loss. 7)Pregnant and Lactating mothers. 8)Diseases such as Kidney Disorder and Hormone Imbalance can cause Erythrocytosis. 9)Anaemia of peripheral causes: due to blood loss, Haemolysis, Hypersplenism. 10)Surgical history of Removal of Small Bowel, Resection of the Stomach.
