Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Individuals and Patients with Generalized stage and grade B Periodontitis are included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of tobacco consumption in any form. 2.Lactating mother and pregnant females 3.Systemically ill patients. 4.Patients with history of any periodontal treatment in the past 6 months. 5.Individuals on Vitamin D and nutritional supplements.
