Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Range between in any one of the following parameters: 1.Total cholesterol level between 200-240mg per dl. 2.Serum Triglyceride level between 150-200mg per dl 3.Serum LDL level between 130-160mg per dl. 4.Serum HDL level more than 40mg/dl. 5.Patients having BMI more than 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient undergoing medication for high level cholesterol. 2.Known cases of cardiac diseases hyper sensitive patients endocrinal disorders thyroid & renal dysfunction. 3.Pregnant women 4.lactating mothers.
