Interventions

Intervention1: Pilates Exercise: Pilates training:one famililarization session will be given to all aprticipants, to make them familiar with the Pilates session. Duration:60 minutes{10 minutes warm up

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females with confirmed diagnosis of PCOS. Not on any pharmacological treatment since last 6 months. Not currently participating in any exercise training intervention. Females with PSQI greater than five. Females with poor quality of life score on Polycystic ovarian syndrome quality of life score. Sufficient cognition and english language skills to understand research procedures and provide consent. willingness to participate and undergo study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or breastfeeding. History of any cardiovascular, kidney, Respiratory disease, Uncontrolled hypertension or cancer. Use of Cigarattes for more than 6 months. Any acute or chronic medical condition(OTHER THAN PCOS) that would make assessment and interventions potentially hazardous or any of the outcomes impossible to assess. Insufficient cognition or english language skills to understand research procedures and provide informed consent.
