Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational badminton players with minimum duration of 25 to 30 mins/day for 3 to 4 days in a week from past 1 year. Individuals not undergoing any sports specific training Age group of 18 to 45 years All gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with pain or weakness that restrict the participation and any lower limb injury or surgery within 6 months Individuals with history of low back pain within 6 months
