Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Vatapurnadrutisparsh 2) Prasaran-Aakunchanayoho vedana 3) Kati graham 4)Gender: Male & Female 5) Age: 30 to 70 Years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Conditions like ankylosing spondylitis, Fracture of spinal cord. 2) Menstruating women. 3) Infection of spine (osteomyelitis, abscess). 4) Known cases of Cardiac disease, Pregnancy, HIV, Pulmonary TB, etc. 5) Medical condition of the female reproductive organs, including endometriosis, ovarian cyst, cancer of uterine fibroids.
