Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Prior-diagnosed patients of prameha (minimum 5 years) associated katigraha who had done lumbo-sacral MRI-scan will be selected. 2. Age group of 35 to 70 years irrespective of sex, religion, marital status and socio-economic status and occupation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic patients like malignancy. 2.Known case of TB and HIV. 3.History of trauma of spine. 4.Post-Operated patient of Lumbo sacral spine. 5.Patient having congenital anamolies of Spine. 6.History of extreme spinal loading occupation (heavy weight lifting). 7.Pregnant women. 8.Patient of sahaja prameha.
