Inclusion criteria: 1. Apparently healthy subjects 2. Subjects with stage 2 periodontitis 3. Subjects who are willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.H/o medication which affect the periodontium in the last 3months. 2. Periodontal treatment in last 6 months 3. Pregnant (or) lactating women 4. Any form of tobacco use
