Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.An adult person diagnosed with CHD at least 6 months ago 2.Patients with CHD and undergoing treatment from the Department of Cardiology, at AIIMS Raebareli 3.CHD patients who can speak and read Hindi/English 4.CHD patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Terminally ill CHD patients 2.CHD patients above 75 years 3.CHD patients who are diagnosed with impaired cognition/psychiatric illness
