Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a diagnosis of F31 Bipolar affective disorder, according to ICD 10 Remitted Bipolar patients with at least 2 previous mood episodes. Duration of illness more than 2 years HDRS less than 8 YMRS less than 7 MoCA less than 26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not willing to give informed consent. Any contraindications for undergoing HDtDCS Co-morbid neurological or any other psychiatric disorder. History of epilepsy, significant head injury or any neurosurgical procedure. Patients who have received electroconvulsive therapy in the past six month.
