Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis by Rheumatologist. 2.Patients with low, moderate and high disease activity (Clinical disease assessment index score between 2.9 to 76.0)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Upper limb fracture 2.Patient with autoimmune disease or systemic disease other than RA 3.Any associated neurological condition (stroke, Parkinson s, etc) 4.Any history of psychiatric illness 5.Patient with cognitive impairment 6.Patient in Remission (Clinical disease assessment index score below 2.8)

1.Quality of life using Health Assessment Questionnaire-Disability Index (HAD-DI) 2.Disease activity using Clinical Disease Activity index (CDAI) 3.Hand Grip Strength using Camry Hand Dynamometer. 4.Hand Dexterity using Nine Peg Hole Test. 5.Patient rated wrist evaluation scale (PRWE) 6.Pain Self-efficacy using Pain Self-efficacy Questionnaire (PSEQ) 7.Upper Limb upper-limb disability and pain using Disability of Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) Timepoint: Once at baseline
