Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with Rheumatoid arthritis aged above 18 years diagnosed on the basis of 2010 ACR/EULAR diagnostic criteria. Consenting to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hypertension, Heart disease, Endocrine disorder (like thyroid disorders, Diabetes mellitus,) or other diseases that may affect cardiac autonomic modulations or nerve conduction. Patients with systemic disease like chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, HIV infection. Patient on medication for Neuralgia/Neuropathy. Concurrent presence of other autoimmune diseases.
