Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient showing classical signs & symptoms of Sthoulya. 2. Age between 18 to 60 years 3. Both genders included. 4. BMI between 25 to 35.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug induced obesity 2. Obesity due to secondary causes like Thyroid, Diabetes. 3. Hormonal disorders. 4. Pregnant women and lactating women. 5. Disease associated obesity. 6. BMI more than 35. 7. Obesity observed since birth
