Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational badminton players with a minimum 1yr experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Players having a history of any soft tissue injuries (ACL tear, 2 MCL tear, Meniscus tear, Ankle sprain, groin injury, hamstring injury strain, etc.) 3 Players underwent any lower limb surgery (Reconstruction or Arthroscopic surgery) 4 Any recurrent injury. 5 Any congenital deformity (Genu Valgum, Genu varum, Coxa Valga, coxa Vara, etc.)
