Intervention1: dual layer repair for delaminated rotator cuff tear: In the dual layer rotator cuff group, each suture from a medial-row anchor was first transmitted through the articular layer on the
subsequently, two of the same strands were inserted through the bursal layer using a suture grasper and fastened to the two lateral-row anchors without medial-row knot tying.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Full thickness rotator cuff tear (supraspinatus and/ or infraspinatus) with at least 5mm deamination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of shoulder surgery. 2. Any other shoulder pathology (osteoarthritis, shoulder instability, Previous fracture of proximal humerus or scapula.).
