Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants who will scored above 20 in Nomophobia Questionnaire. Enrolled in a college or university. Duration of mobile phone use: Use minimum of 6 month of mobile-phone usage history. Social-Media Use: Active on at least one social-media Platform.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Undergone any surgery within last six month. Pregnant or expecting pregnancy during the intervention period. Professional Help: Currently receiving treatment for any mental health disorders. Addictive behaviours like substance abuse, alcoholism and smoking.
