Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing for trial and ready to give written and informed consent. 2. Patients falling under ASA grade I and grade II. 3. Age group 20-60 years of age of either gender. 4. Patients suffering from fistula in ano.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing for trial. 2.Contraindications of spinal anesthesia. 3.Patients unfit for anorectal surgery. 4.ICTC and HbsAg positive patients.
