Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary mandibular 2nd molars requiring full coverage restoration. Parents willing for esthetic crowns for their children.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with special health care needs. Children undergoing antimicrobial therapy or on anticonvulsant drugs and hypo salivatory drugs. Children with any systemic disease.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
There may be significant difference in gingival health and Interleukin 1 beta levels between custom fabricated zirconia, preformed Edelweiss crown and preformed zirconia crowns in primary molars. Timepoint: at baseline and after 45 days interleukin 1 beta level is checked .
