Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40 to 80 yr age (non operative patient) symptomes like :- sense of incomplete voiding, frequent micturation,urgency, poor flow,straining, ipss index between 8 to 19 prostate size below 35 gm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BEP with Nephrotic syndrome neoplasm of Prostate Acute retention of Urine
